We utilize fine and precision processing technology cultivated over many years by CNC automatic lathe,
we are processing products in a wide range of fields such as electronic parts, medical parts and automotive parts.
As various products are being miniaturized and developed, we have a system for integrated production in-house such as small-diameter cutting,
difficult-to-cut materials processing and composite processing utilizing our company's pressing technology after cutting processing.
And, in order to meet the demand for higher precision in the market, we installed below equipment.
High-pressure coolant-equipped equipment 3 units
LFV (low frequency vibration cutting) 2 units
In terms of quality, we have achieved high-precision machining of small-diameter small hole products and difficult-to-cut materials by reducing cutting resistance and troubles caused by chips of difficult-to-cut materials.
In terms of cost, we have achieved cost reduction by improving productivity.
