Original Equipment＆Molds

We manufacture using originally designed equipment and molds that make full use of 3D CAD and our processing know-how accumulated over many years in-house.
This achieves industry-leading productivity and processing quality and we have produced a large number of products with unique materials and shapes that are difficult to achieve with commercial equipment.
Furthermore, we have also established the basic technology for mass-producing R-shaped tip pins(terminals) without tumbling process.
It has become possible to provide contamination-free pins which have no adhesion of alumina etc… on surface from the tumbling media.
We expect that this technology will not only improve the reliability of electronic components, but also develop medical pins using ultra-high-purity iron, which has high biocompatibility.
